Participation is open to adults aged 18 and over. The retreat is designed for personal development and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.

By attending, you confirm you are physically and mentally able to participate. Please inform us of any relevant health conditions in advance. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise during or after the retreat.

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

All content, materials, and resources provided during the retreat are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

The Burnout Retreat and its facilitators are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the retreat, except where required by law.
